FREE EXCHANGES

 
For UK customers wishing to return their item for an exchange, we offer the first exchange free of charge. To do this, simply email us at info@walklondonshoes.co.uk with your order number, and the item or size you would like to exchange, and we will process this for you.

FREE ROYAL MAIL RETURNS

 
We're pleased to offer free returns for orders in the UK. If you would like to return your item for a refund, you can now use our dedicated Royal Mail returns page to send your items back to us.
 
Once you have received your label, simply print if off and attach it to the front of your parcel - with the Returns Form  - and drop it off at your local Royal Mail Post Office or Parcel Post Box. Once we have received your item(s) back we will send you an email to let you know when your selected refund method has been processed.

Alternative Returns

 

If you'd prefer to use a different courier, that's not a problem, however we recommend that you insure the parcel to the value of the item(s) you're returning as we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost in the post. We also recommend that you use a recorded delivery so that you can track your parcel online.

Orders placed from 01st November 2023 – 20th December 2023 can be returned up to and including 31st January 2024. For purchases made from 21st December 2023, our usual 30 day refund policy applies.

If a product doesn't fit or you would like to exchange for a different colour/style, we are not able to offer a direct exchange at this time. In this case, please simply return your original purchase (via a courier of your choice or using our pre-paid service below) and place a new order online for your desired style or size. The payment for your original order will be refunded upon successful return.

DHL Returns

 

If you would like to return your item for a refund, we accept goods back within 30 days of receiving your goods - in accordance with the long-distance selling act.

 

To return your item, you can use our discounted returns service priced at 24.95 Dollars. To organise your return, please email info@walklondonshoes.co.uk with your order number and the style you would like to return, and we will process this for you.

 

To help speed up the process and to avoid customs duties when your parcel passes through UK Customs, we request that all parcels returned to us clearly states *// UK MERCHANDISE RETURNS //* .

 

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of duties and taxes should your parcel incur any charges.

CAN I RETURN SHOES THAT I'VE WORN?

No. We can only accept returns for shoes that are unworn and in a re-saleable condition. When trying on your shoes for fit we recommend trying on in a clean, indoor environment, to prevent damage to your shoes.

 

Shoes returned to us with signs of wear will be rejected, and require a shipping fee to return these to you.

 

If you have worn your shoes over a period of time, we are unable to issue any returns or exchanges, unless deemed faulty. If you believe your item may have a manufacturing fault present, please contact us for instructions on initiating an assessment.

HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE TAKE?

We aim to process returns within 1-3 working days of receiving them. Once your return has been processed, and provided we have the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within 3 working days. The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 7 days upon receipt of the item.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

We aim to process returns within 1-3 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our returns policy, your refund will usually be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed. Refunds can take up to 7 working days depending on your banking provider.
