Extended Festive Returns
We are aware at this time of the year many purchases will be made as gifts for Christmas or New Years. If you want an exchange or credit-note after Christmas Day we are allowing returns to be made up until 16th of January 2023 in the case that your purchase falls outside the usual 30 days returns period.
Why Shop Early?
Every year we find that many customers were holding back until they make a purchase that falls into the normal 30 days returns day period. This left a quite a few people disappointed as our most popular styles and sizes sold out while they were waiting. Throughout the festive season it is impossible to replenish stock of sizes, so when we are sold out of anything that will be it, we will not be getting any more unless it's one of non-seasonal products that we sell all year around.
Get Your Shoes In Time For Christmas
We cannot completely guarantee that your order will be delivered in time for Christmas. However, we will do our very best to get your order to you in time for Christmas Eve providing it is placed before the cut off dates below. As part of our service throughout the festive period all orders placed between the 14th of December and the 21st of December will be dispatched using the fastest delivery method that is currently available to us here at Walk London.
Due to Royal Mail Strikes all UK Orders will be send using a FedEx Courier services for the foreseeable future.

If you are a customer outside the United Kingdom it takes that little bit longer to get parcels during peak seasons. We will try and keep to quoted times, however we are reliant on our couriers to also keep to the quoted timings. From past experience delays during Christmas do occur simply due to the mad rush which is increasing year on year.
