We have made it simple for all Walk London Customers anywhere in the World to return an item back for a refund or exchange. Simply check that the details on the form are correct, enter your parcel information, arrange a collection and print off your label. 

if you are wishing to use our Fit Guarantee for a size exchange or credit note, sit back and relax no extra payments are needed. We only request that you drop us an email with the item that you would like to exchange for so that we can put it on hold for you.

If you are returning an item back for a refund the stated charge on our returns prices page will be deducted in order to cover the costs that we incur in providing you this service.
