We have temporarily suspended DHL Express deliveries to Italy as we have noticed that customers are experiencing huge huge delays in receiving goods due to hold ups as customs.
This does not effect our standard delivery services.
Order Cut Off Times
Orders placed before 13:00 GMT Monday To Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. Where as we do our upmost to fulfil orders made after the cut off time, any orders received after this point will be dispatched on the next possible working day.
Transit Times
For standard SAMOS deliveries, shipping to Italy takes between 4-7 working days depending upon where you live.
DHL Express services typically take 2 working days for most addresses although this can be quicker or slower depending upon where you live. Big towns and cities can be as speedy as 1 day. Remote Areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an Email or SMS notification with your tracking number on it. You can check your order's progress by clicking the link within the notification or by going to tracking pages upon your couriers website
You are also able to check the status of your order through the "Orders" section of your account page, by downloading the Shop App or by getting in contact with a member of our customer services team.
*Please be aware that the SAMOS tracking may not work for some customers up to 48 hours after your item has been fulfilled
Duties & Taxes
Great news! We are IOSS Registered. All customers within the EU can rest assured that you can order online at Walk London without any duties or taxes to pay.
As of the first of July 2021, all shipments under the value of 150 EUR are subject to VAT set at your local rate. This is collected at checkout, with the amount paid displayed on your order show within your order summary and receipt.
Orders over the value of 150 EUR are subject to additional customs check, duties and taxes, the process of which has to be completed before item(s) are delivered . These costs can be paid by either us or you as the customer.
As a customer centric brand we make sure that all shipments over 150 EUR within the EJ are delivered DDP which means the additional costs are paid by us and the price you pay when checking out is the price you pay. If this is applicable for your order, this again is displayed within your order summary and receipt on the "Duties" line.
