Your can return your item{s) back to Walk London within the returns period by either using the listed Walk London services above or by using your own courier service, delivered to the below address:

You can request a return using one of the Walk London courier(s) by clicking the request return link. The will open an email for for you to email a member our customer services team.
To request a label simply state that you would like a return along with your order number and weather or not you would like an exchange or refund. (The more detail the better.) Once sent a member of our customer services team will generate you a returns label for which once done you will receive an email from the courier directly.
*Please allow up to 24 hours for this process to be completed as all reruns labels are processed by hand inside of office hours
Once your returns label has been generated you will receive an email from DHL. The email will contain a link for you to follow and arrange for a time in which DHL can send a courier around to our address to collect your item.
After this process has been completed you will be able to download and print off your label(s) to attach to your parcels.
You will also have to print off your Waybill to hand to the driver along with 2 copies of the commercial paperwork.

If you a returning for a refund a deduction will be made from monies due back to you for the price listed above.
