We want our customers to get the best fit possible when it comes to sizing from our footwear. As such, we have taken the steps to offer all customers in the United Kingdom the opportunity to exchange an item at No Additional Cost
In order to initiate your return please use one of the below highlighted exchange request methods.
Customers in The United Kingdom
All customers IN the United Kingdom can follow one of the below methods in order to request an exchange using our Fit Guarantee
You can now request an Exchange by logging into your Walk London customer account
Once you have logged in you can click into the order that you want to exchange for request a return by leaving a comment in the Notes section of your request.
You are now able to access a Royal Mail returns portal. You can generate a returns label by following the below link and selected 'Exchange' in the appropriate field.
We request that customers send an item back to us using the Walk London Box in which you received your original order. For the Box Size field, please follow the below guide*
To avoid disappointment, we ask that you email our customer services team to let them know that you are exchanging your item along with the new size or item you would like. We will than place it on hold for you so it does not sell out.

All customers OUTSIDE the United Kingdom should follow one of the below steps in order to request an exchange
You can now request an Exchange by logging into your Walk London customer account
Once you have logged in you can click into the order that you want to exchange for request a return by leaving a comment in the Notes section of your request.
You can process an exchange request by speaking to a member of our customer service team via the below methods
*Please note that customers outside the United Kingdom will have to pay the stated returns postage fee highlighted within the returns information pages for your country before exchanged goods can be dispatched


Fit Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Exchange Policy
Only customers in the United Kingdom can exchange an item for free under the Walk London Fit Guarantee and can only do so if the following terms are met in addition to our returns policy ...
- A free exchange can only be redeemed once per order. If you require any further additional exchanges the returns postage fee highlighted within our returns information pages applies and must be paid before a second exchange can be fulfilled.
- The items for return are unworn, are in a re-sellable condition and are returned completed with original packaging
- You are within your order's returns period - 14 days from the day of delivery for Sale Items or 30 days from the day of delivery on full priced items
