COVID-19 - We Are Running Business As Normal

After receiving several messages on Social Media throughout the course of past couple of days we thought we would give you a quick update about out current position in regards to COVID-19 and how the UK Lock down is effecting our service. 

Thankfully for us (and all of our customer globally) self-isolation has had little impact on the way our website runs. With only a few changes in the way our customer services team operates, we have highlighted each area in which our service to you when placing an order may be effected.

Delivery To You

At the minute the current situation has had little impact on the day to day running of our online service. This means that all orders placed have been dispatched on time and that all parcels - UK and International - have been delivered without fail either with DPD, DHL or Boxberry, depending upon the service selected within the checkout. We are in constant contact with all of our delivery partners, therefore any changes will be reflected within the shipping options available within the checkout. For customers who prefer to collect their item(s) from parcel points or pick up shops, unfortunately these options will not be made available to you be our couriers at the present time.

Returns To Us

We have spoken with all of our couriers and we have decided that from now on all of returns labels given will be Courier Collection only (with no changes in the terms of our Fit Guarantee or Returns Policy). In our eyes moving away from service point drop offs to a courier collection not only offers you a better service in general but allows you as a Walk London customer to be able to stay and home and stay safe.

As our whole Head Office team is observing the UK Government lock down regulations set out to combat the virus the Walk London customer service team is accessible via email only. If you have an enquiry please drop us an email or visit our contact us page and complete the query form and a member of the team will get back to you within 24 hours. Working from home our team will be able to answer any question that you may have, however, we are not able to assist customers requiring size measurements. For customers who do require sizing information we suggest you email us with your normal sizing and what we will be able to do is advise you on a suggested size based on our Size Guide.
